In order to optimally view this website, set your display options to a screen resolution of 800 x 600, using at least 16bit color. You can check your settings by accessing the "Display" option in "Control Panel" and choosing "Settings."

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can expand the size of the viewable screen by pressing "F11". This toggles you between a full screen and a toolbar view. If you are using Netscape Navigator, then you have to minimize each toolbar at the top of the screen by clicking on the arrow at the upper left of each toolbar which is visible.

As you click on the Navigation buttons on the left side of the screen, a new window will open within the right frame. Only one site opens in its own window and that is the Region/Zone Chair page, it was just too large to fit in the frame.

You can navigate by clicking on new buttons on the left, by hitting your "back" and "next" buttons and by clicking any hyperlinks which appear within the text or images displayed on the screen. A hyperlink is always indicated by an underlined phrase of text.

Whenever you click on an email address (usually indicated by an underlined piece of italicized text with the simple "@" somewhere within it!) your email program should open automatically with the address you are seeking in the "To:" space and your own return address in the "From:" space.

If this does not occur automatically then you must reconfigure your email software (Outlook Express, MSN Hotmail, JUNO or Netscape Communicator, etc) within your browser (Internet Explorer or Navigator). You can call your server or email operator for more assistance.
